Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the footballs, apparel, or equipment in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of field use.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
